About 14th Star Farms and Who We Are

Our family’s roots on this land stretch back centuries — in fact, our family settled in the area before Vermont was even a state. The fields we farm today have been cared for by our family for Generations, and that legacy guides everything we do.

While I’ve been around dairy farming my entire life, my path took me into logging and construction for the past 25 years, but farming was always what was in my heart. In 2017, we made the decision to begin farming for profit, beginning with hay sales, raising pigs, a small flock of laying hens, and my wife's ever expanding gardens turning a long-standing way of life into a renewed family business. In 2025, we expanded again — adding dairy cows and offering raw milk to our community.

For us, farming isn’t just a business. It’s stewardship. It’s honoring the generations before us while building something meaningful for the next. We believe in honest work, healthy animals, and producing food we’re proud to feed our own family and honored to feed yours.
